Dubai

Dubai is located on the Gulf coast of the United Arab Emirates and is approximately 16m above sea level. Dubai Emirate of Abu Dhabi is incvesineaza in the south, Sharjah in the northeast, and the Sultanate of Oman, south-east and the west border is the Persian Gulf. Dubai covers an area of 4114 km square, which represents a significant increase over the original of 3900 sq km, rising from the sea due to land improvements.

Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi (Arabic: أبو ظبي, transcribed Abu Zabi, Father translation gazelle) is the capital of UAE and administrative center of the emirate with the same name. It is headed by Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, while the United Arab Emirates and emir. Abu Dhabi lies on a T-shaped island, in front of the Arabian Gulf (Persian). The city population was 860,000 people in 2007 and it is estimated that by 2030 the number of people will live in this city will exceed 3 million. In order to adapt the city for such a population, large projects are currently underway to modernize the infrastructure.

Ras Al Khaimah

Ras Al-Khaimah (Arabic: رأس الخيمة, Ras al-Khaymah, which means "top of the tent") is one of the emirates as part of United Arab Emirates, located in the eastern Gulf. It is located in the north of the UAE bordering the Gulf of Oman. The city has a population of 263,217 inhabitants (2008 census). The city has two main sections Old Ras Al Khaimah and Nakheel, on either side of the creek. It is served by the Ras Al Khaimah International Airport in Al Jazirah Al Hamra.

Sharjah

Sharjah is the third largest city in the United Arab Emirates and is the only land holding in the Persian Gulf, and in the Gulf of Oman. The city is approximately 170 km (110 km) from the capital city of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Fujairah

Fujairah is one of the seven emirates forming the United Arab Emirates. Fujairah Emirate is located in the eastern Arab states near the Gulf of Oman. It occupies 1.5% of United Arab Emirates surface, the surface is covered almost entirely by mountains. Emirate's ruler since 1974 Shaik Hamad Bin Mohammed Al Sharqi. The main economic source is the cement factories, stone quarries and mining.
